Another relatively important note.

If you would like to play Dance Dance Immolation, please be wearing natural fibers (cotton, denim, etc.) rather than synthetics (polyester, fleece, etc.).

I'm guessing you're referring to DDI, if so my response is: Heh, and DDR isn't old? :P Noticing where you're located, chances (like myself) you haven't tried DDI when it we going on last year, if so how can something you haven't experienced be old?

ITG is to DDR as is DDI, they both are modified versions of the originating game. With ITG you try not to step on bombs that blow up (virtually). With DDI you try not to get hit by fire (reality).

I'm going to answer this with another question, have you tried playing any sort of DDR based game while wearing an aluminized proximity suit?

If you don't mind me asking, what are rolls?

stupid. you have to bounce up and down on a hold arrow (think of it like a hold arrow, but with terrible pads so you have to keep hitting it)

I'd play DDI if it came to MD, it seem fun.

Anyways, this looks like it'd be tons of fun. I may need to take a trip down to Cali for this. Road trip time E1.gif

this has to be the dumbest idea ever. I'm sorry, i'll take normal DDR than having to wear some special suit while trying to avoid fire.

It's just stupid.

Based on the general reaction to DDI, I'd say you're in a very, very small minority here.

Take it for whatever you like. The group who created this saw it more as a fun fire art project then a game, and you really should take it seriously as anything else (we do take safety seriously though, heh).

Also when the flames shoot out, there's really no chance of avoiding it. It's more about having safe fun with fire then trying to PA through three songs. :)
