Until I play a Supernova, I'm gonna go with MAX2 and Extreme as a tie for my favorite "new" mix, and 5th Mix as my favorite old school mix.

I would have to say 4th mix plus
It is the only arcade DDR I have played but I still adore it! more than all the rest,Other wise i just use my Ps2 mat,game etc

DDR Supernova... sure I haven't played it but I didn't like any of the other arcade releases I've played (5th mix, Extreme) so I'm going to have to go with Supernova because the songlist looks to have songs I would like to play.

Im fine with any DDR, so long as it has plenty of good tunes. Personally I like Extreme and extreme 2.

For me, my favorite mix amongst the "New School" is a tie between DDR Max 2: Dance Dance Revolution 7th Mix and DDR Extreme. I personally have not seen a DDR Max: Dance Dance Revolution 6th Mix around where I live.

As for "Old School" mixes, it would most likely be 5th Mix, followed closely by 4th Mix Plus (the debut of ALL MUSIC mode). I would love to see these machines again.

I've only played on 5th Mix, Extreme, and once on a 4th Mix Plus. Extreme is by far my favorite.

Hmm...

SuperNOVA= More step charts and better graphics than any other dance game ever... not to mention unrivaled diversity of songs (i'm looking at you ITG2) and Fascination MaxX!!!!!

So, yeah, I like it the most.

I would have to say 3rd mix Korean and 5th mix.i always love selecting the characters at the beginning of the game.both of them have anime-like characters dancing in the background!and the song charts are smashing!

DDR Extreme has the best songlist because it brought back some favorites from older mixes and has alot to choose from. DDR SuperNova in my eyes will be a downgrade from Extreme because it's just stupid how they brought back every single Konami original on Extreme (even the ones nobody gives a fuck about), no other KO's from past AC games, and no licenses from past AC games.
