(w00t first post!) Since it seems that I can only make a topic a day, I'm gonna have to ask my questions in one topic, even though they're not in the appropriate boards.

I just recently got a PS2 a couple of days ago, and along with it I found a copy of ITG for $20, so I picked it up. The problem is, I don't have a pad. I would prefer to have the type of pad that comes with the DDR Extreme 2 Bundle, but I don't really want the game. Does anyone know where I can find the official Konami pad separately? Otherwise, I was thinking of just getting the bundle if DDR Extreme 2 is worth it alone. Would it be considered one of the top five DDR CS versions (including JP mixes)? I can get an A on all 9 footers in the arcade (because I only play there) and can pass bag/SAKURA. If I pass PS and PSM, what else is there to do in EX2?

Also, I emailed [email protected] about a problem I had with another account of mine earlier. I didn't get a reply, so is there an admin here I could PM?

And finally, I was wondering if a GCN to PS2 pad converter existed so I could use my Mario Mix pad with my PS2. The pad happens to be very good, just the game gets boring after a while.

Thanks for reading my problems...

First of all, this topic doesn't belong to a specific board because it covers different things. I can only make ONE topic per day, if you read what I said. This doesn't help me with my problems.

ill go ahead and help you. Extreme is a fun game, and even though i can beat of my Ultramix 1 game, i still play it and ive had that game for a year in a half. IMHO i dont think you will be disappointed with extreme. plus, nothing wrong with practicing PS and PSM.

just buy another soft pad from a 3rd party like a mad catz or sumthing from toys r us or gamestop. I think all soft mats are pretty much alike. I personally dont care for the Konami Official soft pads

1. 24 hrs.... If you read the FAQ, you will know why you only allow to post once a day.

2. If you create a new account, the 2nd account will be ban.

3. Pad that comes with DDR EX2 is the same as the Naki DPR2 Pad for 19.99 or cheaper... Gamestop...(it says that the arrows lights up, it doesn't, the side lights only turn red)

NO! the konami soft pad is better, much better. The gamestop pad slides a lot and the sensors will break if you even SLIGHTLY crease it. The konami soft pad has still survived 2 months of a lotta heavy play. Is it the best pad? No, but it's the best soft pad you'll probably ever find.

Hehe, My gamestop brand band still works since last year.

I wonder why Konami doesn't sell the Official Pad without the game.

The XBOX Konami Official Pad is worst. It stays in one place and sometimes move alot but... I can't even play Standard on the dang thing.

not only that, all XBOX dance pad is way too hard to use.

I guess I will get Metal pad when DDR SN is released.

Madcatz is worst than other brands.

I tried to use Madcatz pad and it died the next day. Only been played 5 times in one day. I tried to return it and gamestop worker wouldn't allow me to. I didn't want to do that warrenty thing.

Triple Xs pretty much covered what you must learn... use your daily thread creation wisely

you only have 1 for a day, make it worth it

you will only get your few topics locked if you keep doing it like this... what's more, you even know where to post, do so!
