Alright, well, I was trying to look through a sticky topic which I thought might help me, but it didn't.

I just want to add this video I have to the background of this song, and to have it stop at the end, but everytime it plays, you can still see the original song design in the background. I want to put in a video for rhythm and police, but the RandP background is still there while the video plays!

How do I make it so that the only thing in the background I see is the video that I put in the Visualizations folder?

You have to put the video in the actual folder for the song, otherwise it will play for all songs.

Then if it doesn't play when you play the song (I'm not sure if it will or not because I've never done this before):
-go to edit/sync songs and choose the song.
-Press escape and a menu should pop up.
-Choose "Add/change BG animation" (or something like that)
-Then go to "Add video" (again, I'm not sure on the exact wording)
-By pressing sideways it should scroll through videos in the folder, choose the one you want and press enter.
-To the right of the stepchart, it should show yellow letters with the name of the video.
-Save the changes and it should work. (but be careful not to change the steps)

I've only done this with background pictures. It should work, but someone should correct me if I went wrong anywhere.
