I hate when there's an obvious coin line on one side of the machine and someone comes up and puts their coin waaaaaaaaay on the other side. Then they just kind of get up and go whenever they feel like it. I'm sorry, but that's complete bullshit. _________________

That it is. It confuses the crap out of me. Besides, there's already a nice coin line on one side, why confuse us all by starting a second?

Nice job on Unlimited, Those Step and freeze combianations confused the living crap out of me, so I won't get very far in that song for awhile still.
Yay, I just found out I'm going to Cedar Point Saturday for free...maybe I'll see plenty of things that piss me off to post here about. Heh. |
Thanks. It can be very difficult, but if you practise it enough you'll find them very simple. I can usually make it past the part where it stops completley, thats my most common point-of-death on that song, anywhere past the stop.
Have a nice time at Cedar Point (where ever that is...). Return with many things to talk about, and many people to say rude things about. Wait, you know what? Screw that. Go there and have a nice time, without anything to be angry about.

Where I live, if you have a coin line, some little kid will come up and take your coins. |
That sucks.
I want one of you guys to win the lottery and use all the money to open up a chain of anti-little-kid arcades. I BEG OF YOU.
EDIT:
WTF!? AAH! I TRIPPLE POSTED!!! I NEED A MODERATOR!!!!!!!!!! *hits self*

It's an amusement park up here in Ohio. They have three (yes, count 'em, THREE!) DDREX machines. It's where I first played in the arcade. Thanks for the well wishes.
EDIT: If some little good came up and took my token on the coin line I throw him through the big glass panels next to the DDR machine. Little turd. |

Awesome. I'd like to open my own DDR arcade. It'd have like...30 machines |

the first time I actually participated in a real coin line, I made a fool of myself. I put my quarter on the wrong side, and the guy that was going next took mine. I was all, "Hey thats my quarter" he explained to me the line, and took some random quarter off the screen and gave it to me saying, "If it makes you feel any better". Not sure if that really angered anybody, but... _________________

Heh. It took me a little while to catch on to the coin line. I remember the first time I saw one. I was playing DDR, and some guy put up a quarter. I was thinking "OMGWTFAQUARTER". At least I didn't do anything stupid, like go twice in a row or take the quarter. |

Thankfully, I knew about ocin lines before I started playing since I read this little comic
http://10kcommotion.com/
which is DDR themed. Taught me a little aout the arcade, along with the DDR wiki. Hurrah for not accidentally making a fool of myself! |

I wish people wouldn't bang the buttons like they're punching a shark in the nose. It makes the buttons even more unresponsive. |

There are censors at your stomping ground? That's unusual...
I think he means that they hit the buttons hard, which makes them unresponsive. The thing that makes button-stompers especially problematic is that as soon as one person starts stomping, it makes the buttons more unresponsive, so eventually even the most experienced players have to stomp to get a response, further damaging the machine until it's completely unusable and you have to pay $1280 to replace all the censors (lol) in the buttons. This is in the process of happening at my local arcade, at least on the 1p pad.
By the way, I can't figure out how to play a one player game on the 2p pad. Do you just put in your coins and hit the 2p start button? There's no documentation of it on the 'net, as far as I can find... |

At least at my machine, you put in the coins (swipe the card in my case ) and just hit the button on the 2P side and that should do it. _________________

Yep, thats how. I do it all the time. I dunno why, but where I play I prefer the 2p pad. |

I don't get to go much at all. This week I was extremley lucky, I went three times. Usually I only get to go once a week, and sometimes not even once. And that sucks, as I don't play at home. |
At least 3 times every week for like 5 hours at a time.
I go all out, haha. |

Hehe, it happens.
I live a 30 minute walking distance from my mall, so yeah.
But two days ago, this dude John that works there just came up to me and handed me 4.25 in tokens.
I was just kinda like "K.."
Then while I was ITGing this dude on his cell phone comes up and is like "HERE I HAVE TO GO HAVE THESE." and puts down about TEN DOLLARS worth of tokens on the machine.
Well, I was with my friend so he took some.
I yelled at him and told him that I'm the one with the boobs, but he didn't listen. :c
Well yeah so I got like 10 dollars in free tokens that day, and that's another reason why I go so much haha.
But yeah, being on topic..
Yesterday when I was playing, this black dude was standing on the side of the other pad and started to dance.
Well after I was done, I gave him the death stare for about 5 seconds and he was like "Was that my bad?" so I said "Yeah. It was." then he pulled a "Well you shouldn't have been looking over here." so I was like "PERIFERAL VISION."
"What?"
Yeah, he didn't know what that was.
God dammit I hate the idiots that come to the arcade here. |

I hate ideots that go to arcades anywhere (so in a way I hate myself ). Really, you'd think they'd notice that it'd be a LITTLE distracting to jump on the not-being-used pad and act like retards. |

That's still pretty distracting.
Sometime's people get the idea that I would be perfectly OK with them standing on the 2P pad while I use it. Of course, they're wrong. |
