It really depends on your strengths and weaknesses.
Most people find Vertex2 the easiest to BS through if their just looking to pass a 13. It doesn't contain exceptionally tiring steps or have the fast streams Summer has, but it is difficult to read and is the most technical chart.....ever....
Summer isn't all that bad for a fair portion of the song. The ending is truly the only cause for pause passwise, but don't get my wrong. The ending is a beast. Wicked fast extended streams.
Pandemonium is by far the most tiring. It is also the second most technical with the step jumps and Tell-jumps, not to mention hitting 8ths with the same foot in some areas. That being said, it is a straightforward read and doesn't require anymore footspeed than songs like Delirium really....just buckets and buckets of stamina and BSing thorough the jumpy parts.
Which one is the easiest to pass? It depends on your strengths. If you are a stamina powerhouse, then I suggest you keep working on Pandemonium. You'll get it eventually. If you are a sprinter, definitely go with Summer. However, if reading isn't a problem and you really don't have the intense footspeed or stamina, then try to get through Vertex2. It's actually probably the easiest to pass although it is by far the hardest to score. _________________

Summer is the easiest to pass by far. It took me one try whereas Pandemonium took me about 6 (though it was before ITG 2 came out) and Vertex^2 took me three (and that was way later when I was better).
It's the easiest to score on too. The only really weird part is the jumpy part after the 1st run. =\ _________________

Since only 3 ITG 13's exist at the time, this thread doesn't really seem very diverse yet. Perhaps ITG 3 will bring in several more 13's to join the three we have.
Anyway, I'd have to agree that Vertex^2 is easiest to pass because its steps are rather mild until the end. It may be very technical and full of mines, but its steps are much less consistent that those of its rivals. Summer ~Speedy Mix~ has the fastest steps, but its technicality is rather mild. Pandy's probably the hardest because it's both the hardest to pass and more technical than Summer ~Speedy Mix~, although Vertex^2 is obviously hardest to score on. _________________

From experience I've seen many, many more people fail Vertex^2 due to its ending than anything on Summer. _________________

Jeez, where is the Doubles love?
Doubles has these 3 13s: Energizer, Vertex^2, and !. All three have similar step and hand counts, so it all depends on how you want to be tortured. Energizer's slowdown is a constant 24th streamfest. Vertex^2 has the gimmick changes and awkward positioning. ! throws even more technical notes at you: sometimes, you have to do the Tension steps (quarter, 32nd, 16th) as well! _________________

Honestly, people who play Stepmania or home versions or can't barely pass all the Expert steps should NOT be discussing how hard songs are. You can't appreciate a step until you can do it well.
Summer is the easiest 13, period. Vertex^2 is easy to BS for most of it, but the ending is a killer and the runs with the mines near the end are faster than Pandemonium (and even one slipup takes a huge dent out of your lifebar).
BTW, passing with any mod that DQs you doesn't count. Vertex^2 on C450 No Mines is easier to pass than Summer, but you still didn't pass Vertex^2. _________________

Energizer's slowdown is hardly what makes the chart difficult. It's the slowest run in the song in terms of footspeed, and the technique isn't too hard either. I have more trouble comboing the hands and long fast runs at 300+ bpm than the slowdown. I've actually FC'd the slowdown but can never FC the ones outside.
Unless you're really uncomfortable reading slow speeds or something the slowdown shouldn't be a problem.
If we're including doubles now, the easiest 13 is still Summer Single. The hardest 13 would be Vertex^2 double. The easiest double 13 would be !. _________________
