Why the fonts? Just use the Katzestuff, it'd look better. Right?

I like the Takuya20 Max and Max2 themes except for the unattractive, jagged life bars. It's about time that's fixed. And since when did the groove radar in Max2 get all screwed up?

I use SMZIP files, because stepmania support them to install across the different platforms. If you can't access the file, try using from the program folder the SMZIP tool that will allow to install the theme.

TT1 Versoin, sloppy and unrealistic:
See the difference? The old version is more neat and appropriate than the newer one is. Also, the green radar in the second picture is too big. Better clean things up for your next DDRMAX2 Theme release.

I like it. Your theming is great, but in your slavish imitations of the real game, I can't select favorite noteskins.
About MAX2: are the machines that crappy, or is your theme too grainy? I can see the individual pixels (nowhere near 1280x1024-quality) in the PERFECT!!, GREAT!, GOOD, BOO, and MISS images.

Keep in mind, MAX2 runs at 320x240 resolution (in gameplay). It'll look pixelly if you're using anything above that. :s
note: this information may not be accurate as there's a number of 640x480 fullscreen images within the game disc

320 by 240?!! That's TERRIBLE! Worse than the lowest SM setting if I'm not mistaken.

The game is almost completelly done in 640x480, but when it switch to Gameplay Screen (during game or demonstration), the game change monitor resolution to 320x240.
That's according to disk images too. gameplay (scoreframe, lifebars, cleared, here we go, etc) and demonstration images are sized 320x240 (I have to double its size)... the rest of the images are 640x480.
So I'm thinking to replace Gameplay graphics for PS2 rips (better quality and unpixeled).
The radar looks horrible too (it will be fixed).
When all graphic and metrics work will be done, then I'll update my Dancing Stage MegaMix theme with the newer DDRMAX2 release to start seriously its development (for the first release).
