DDR Extreme arcade is probably balanced out enough to beat every other game... possibly including SuperNova, but I've never played that...
4th mix had a flood of good songs... and Devil Zukin... but don't you have to stick to one set of songs through your turn on the arcade version? I... personally don't like 90% of the songs listed in the Konami Original B section, so that loses points from me...
5th mix had selectable characters, but can't say it had the most awesome selection...
6th mix brought speed mods and some pretty good songs. And ultra-cute backgrounds (providing the dancing Princess Zukin and Alice team showed up here before MAX2). Extreme just beats the songs...
SuperNova's prolly gonna have awesome graphics and good songs. I'm just not happy for many reasons relating to the characters...
The rest... don't know enough about 'em to compare them... and I'm too lazy to include home versions... _________________

I'm going to say either DDR 5th mix or Extreme both of them have very good reasons to be my favorite but I can't decide. |

I'm going to say MAX2. The introduction of oni courses was just a momumental leap forward for the series. I can't imagine the series being without oni courses. I love Maxx as well. Still the best in the max series.

I can't decide. Perhaps DDR EXTREME arcade after everything has been unlocked. |

I was talking about the AC version. I don't even play the home versions.
