Pointless DDR

I am trying to prove that freestyling is not pointless. My friend says DDR freestyle is pointless, and that it is the same as normal freestyle dancing

. Please someone explain that DDR freestyle is way different than just freesyle dancing. He knows that one is on a dance floor and one on a pad. PLEASE explain the difference.

Why do you want to ddr freestyle?

Trying to show off in front of everyone or something?

The only real difference between freestyling via DDR and freestyling via a club is freedom over foot placement. Aside from that, there really isn't too much that is different.

Because many find it to be enjoyable, and it can add a new spin on what can sometimes be described as repetitive.

Well playing DDArgh is pointless (as is pretty much every video game) unless you're having fun doing it. So explain to whomever that the game is pointless without some kind of enjoyment, and you enjoy freestyling.

Yeah, its not that I freestyle, but just that he said that ddr freestyling was pointless. He said, "Why not just normal freestyle?" It gets me so mad

But, now I can prove him wrong. Thx!
