I'm not sure if this will fix that error, but there was a Microsoft Visual C++ file that came with mine when I first got the first packer. I had an error until I installed it. I still have it, and I'll upload it later.

afaik, this is the visual C redist. update (like the .net framework for .net software)

yes it is needed.
i was told to not include it in the "official" release of the pck suite.

i don't know, what you mean by "torrent" up the disc.

just put it in your dvd drive,
and create an iso with "dvd decrypter 3.5.4.0" (freeware)

then mount this iso in daemon tools or alcohol120%, and copy the files to your hdd.

as an alternative you can put your disc to dvd drive and should be able to just copy the content of the disc 1:1

wow guys! This is amazing!! I just added 12 songs, each sound perfect, show up in the song wheel, I can enter the songs fine and the stats for each song are perfect BUT, when I load the song the steps don't come up. Did you guys have this problem at some point?

No.

Does anyone know of a free video converter that will convert divx into the format for ITGPS2?

Also, does anyone want to work on getting noteskins and themes to work (meaning, I want DDR arrows and a DDR Extreme skin for my DDR Extreme remake)?

Ok so let me see if i get this

ok so i put in the itg ps2 disc. i make an iso. i unpack the iso. each song has its own pck file. i make pck files with sims i have. i add them to the other pck files. then i repack the itg files with the sim files i packed and added and burn the iso. then boot with swap disc then play.

Is this correct?

Well, this I can't do. I can't find Dvd-Decrypter anymore since they were "shut down" and sites that had the software took it off, that and the only site I found with it had a corrupt installation exe.

EDIT: Found DVD-decrypter, and it works!

Hacking ITG now - this is so exciting! :-D

Just about, though you need to remember to make a PCK.IDX file.

swift I am with the research and edit. E15.gif

Does anybody know how to switch from one hard drive to browsing another using the command promot? (going from C:\ to G:\ for example?) since I unpacked everything in the ISO to my G:\ drive (second) and don't want to copy everything to my main drive, exhausting most of my 9GB left just to extract the files. :-(

EDIT: The files in the PCK are extracted to My Documents.... disgust.gif
