Recently, I've been hearing a lot of rants lately from the GFdm community that
Quote:
Dragon Blade is the "Most Overplayed Song to Death in GFdm".

Now, I'm just curious what songs are of the aforementioned category from other franchises beside GFdm.

V? Remember, you can't spell "revival" without "V"!

I'm sure Butterfly was likely one for DDR for some time.

Every time I go to an Ex machine I'll play at least Speed Over Beethoven, V, and Rhythm and Police.

That doesn't mean I will ever get tired of those songs. I don't think so.

Yeah, and Night Of Fire is basically the most whored out eurobeat song in general being on about 37 eurobeat CDs, on IIDX, PPP and DDR, was remade in 2004 as Night Of Fire 2004, and being covered by both Dream and Hinoi Team THE SONG MUST GO AWAY FOREVER frown.gif

1) Which IIDX style?
2) PPP 1st or 2nd?
3) Did it make it on any DDR arcade?

Night of Fire was on IIDX 6th Style and Para Para 1st.

The only DDR AC game it was on was Dancing Stage feat. Disney's Rave.

To the arcade I usually go to, it's Taisetsu na Mono (DMV) and Nocturne No. 9 (GFV).

And yes, Dragon Blade rounds the Top 3 on where I go.

It was one of the songs that held the ParaPara boom together. I mean the song was litterally everywhere. It was in initial D too (5 minutes of the song is too frick long). Keep in mind that the two songs EVERYONE knew was Night of Fire and Mickey Mouse March.

Uhhh wasnt powerfolk 5 really overplayed in Pop'N for a while, if not it was MY overplayed song when I Played.

I'm not even that fond of Xepher.

(OFF-TOPIC: There is a google video where someone is playing a song that has "The Cube" video, but the song is DEFINATELY NOT "The Cube!" does anyone know what the hell was going on there?)

If they're playing on TGA's Happy Sky, TGA did somethling like swapping the song data for the hidden songs with old songs, making them playable without having to go through e-amuse.
