What do people do while playing DDR that really angers you?

First things first. now stomping can actually be a good thing. how? simple I'll use myself as an example if there are alot of people in the arcade and nobody is watching me play and i want a crowd I'll play max 300 simple because i find myself doing alot of stomping on that song and because I'm stomping so hard and it's loud people come over to see what's going on and then i have a crowd. now what pisses me of is idiots that don't know what a token line is and this happend to me yesterday me and this guy where yelling at each other because he said that it was his daughters turn and i told him that it wasn't and I told him that if they are going to play the have to put there tokens on the machine and my tokens were up there before they even showed up and i refused to get off the machine and i put my tokens in and played.

I had new experince last Wednesday: playing DDR during spring break. The only full-working Extreme machine around me is at a Mountasia, so anyways, I went there, and guess what: about 5 or so individual youth clubs/day care centers were there; that equals to a lot of little kids. In addition, there were 2 birthday parties going on at the same time, so more kids.

I went to play Extreme (that's really the only thing I play there), and about 5 kids came running around the dance pads, and one guy even ran on the 2P pad and randomly bashed buttons for no reason and almost caused me to fall over.

I took a break, and while doing so, I watched the others play. There was one guy who played Light, and bragging about how amazing he was and attracting some more little kids. The amazing thing about this guy was the score on every song he played was a D

and here he was bragging about how "awesome" he was.

I decided to show how good I was to them all by playing Drop Out. When I started, they were there, and when I was finished, they were all gone. I played my other 2 stages and took another break.

Someone else played. This kid picked beginner mode and attracted more little kids, even though he failed the first song (but beginnner mode doesn't care about failing, so he continued on).

Afterwards, I played another song, and they all go away again!

That made me angry because all of those little kids swarmed around someone who can play beginner and absolutely disperse when a player like me plays there.

Basically my new list of things that anger me about DDRers are:

Stompers
Kids that run around the machine
Kids that are amazed at some guy playing light, getting Ds, and not paying attention to someone who can play heavy.

I had a fun ITG one this past weekend.

I was playing Remember December and I randomly gave birth in the middle of the song and KEPT MY COMBO!

Apparently some little kid came up through the bar or something and ended up touching my buttocks and hanging out on the bottom arrow for a few seconds before someone pulled it out.

Well, I go to the arcade with my gf sometimes and she is just starting, AKA she is on Beginner. I sometimes convince her to try some Light songs. The mistake I made was gonig with her on a Friday evening. When she tries Light mode she can't complete a song and ends up standing on the island. I didn't hear it but other people making fun of her almost to her face becaue they are "better players". Shouldn't a better player have more compassion and encourage new people to try harder things?

Also, people that get too close to me while playing. Little kids have a tendency to do this simply because they don't know any better and I try to watch out but when foot comes to arrow...

Another thing, I love coin lines and I will use them if I can. But this 10 year old goes and puts 6 quarters on top of eachother, not in an actual line. One of the vets of the arcade had to talk with him about that and I hope that's the last time I'll see that happen

Must say that I truly hate shadowers,hecklers, and people who don't take showers. Ok, people not taking showers top my list. I can't simply understand how someone could come to the arcade being all smelly, just to get even more smelly playing DDR.

Just makes my skin crawl.........

In a different light, I can say that I love Nerds Day Out. Will you marry me?

We could live on a private island where we don't have to worry about the stupidity of humans.

It just makes sense. Doesn't it??
