How do you disable the corner buttons!?

hey guys my metal pads have 10 panels and I want to diable the top left top right bottom left and bottom right. is there any way i can do this without having to snap off the wires? because there really a pain in the butt when u so slightly step on one and it gives u a miss >_< thanks guys

Which game are you using? Most DDR console games have an option (Dance Play Settings) to turn off the corner buttons.

ohhhhhhh i did not know this! We play DDR too but the game i am using most for the arcade is In the groove and seems to be everyones favorite. If i dont find out how to disable those buttons the kids might do it themselves......with a sledge hammer = / thanks

In the Groove has the option too, but it's called something else. Just look around in the options and you'll find it.
