What are you talking about?!?! Tell and the beginning of Pandemonium r the definition of candlesteps!

No.
Candles = ULDLU type of pattern. IIRC, the type of step you're refering to is ul[ul] (with the jump in the brackets), and it's called a jackhammer (If I recall correctly that is)

um.............. i can get a consistent B on Vertex, and consistent C on delirium, but i'm no where near even passing euphoria........... never tried !, so i think vertex is the easiest, on par with delirium.

I think I'm weird cause here's the order i passed the itg1 12s in:

HotN
Euphoria
Vertex
Delirium
Tell

I'm pretty sure I got all of them. But isn't that wierd? E19.gif

1 more thing. ! has got to be 1 of the easiest songs cause I passed it first time I ever tried it, and that was on my bad day...

Because you said you're about to pass them, I will base my rankings on how passable it is as opposed to how easy it is to score. There is a HUGE difference. (Vertex^2 is not the hardest song to pass but might just be the hardest song to score type of thing)

ITG1

Vertex
Delerium
Tell
Hardcore of the North
Euphoria

ITG2

!
Go 60's Go
Energizer
Determinator
Bloodrush

Obviously, this is my opinion. If someone disagrees its because they have different strengths than I do. Overall for both versions, my rough sketch would be:

!
Vertex
Delerium
Go 60's Go
Energizer
Tell
Hardcore of the North
Determinator
Euphoria/Bloodrush

I haven't passed either Bloodrush or Euphoria, but I have tried both. I really don't which one is harder to pass.

I passed them in this order:

Vertex
Tell
!
Hardcore of the North
Euphoria
Go 60 Go (coulda passed this way before HotN probably, but just didn't really want to play it)
Energizer (same as Go60G0)
Delirium (just couldn't get myself to focus long enough during the run... stamina wasn't the issue)

Have yet to pass:
Determinator (fail on last 3 or 4 arrows)
Bloodrush (fail @ 16th crossovers after jumpy/holds/doublesteps part)

My thoughts on easiest-to-pass order:
Vertex = Tell = ! = Go60Go < Euphoria = HotN = Delirium = Energizer < Bloodrush
('=' should be read as 'about the same or slightly easier than')

Determinator's not really categorizable... you can either do the runs, or you can't and thus have to work on increasing your foot speed (i.e. the case for me).

Easiest to score:... just look at groovestats.

Just to clear something up, a jackhammer is a term from DDR that refers to an 8th note stream (or possibly 16th for slower songs) of the same arrow. You won't find many jackhammers in ITG, and I can't think of any off the top of my head. Some good examples of them in DDR are Dead End, PARANOiA KCET, and Can't Stop Fallin' In Love (speed mix).

That step-step-jump pattern you'll find all throughout Tell and the beginning of Pandemonium, from my experience, has frequently been referred to as (no surprise here) Tell jumps.

Just to clear this up... sections 15-16.5 are jackhammers.

Disconnected has some jackhammers, or maybe Disconnected - Hyper-

Well, I know one of them does

I guess you could also call the middle section of Utopia Expert jackhammers as well, though they are a bit weird. Funny how I didn't think about the Disconnecteds.

I think Utopia is a bit of an exception, because Jackhammer steps imply a consistant rhythm.

Vertex and Euphoria are the ones I'm closest to passing, but I hear ! is pretty easy (I would need regular access to ITG2 to test said theory E2.gif ).

Energizer is not too tricky to pass if you truly can pass all the other 12's up there. I also suggest looking into Delirium because there's really only one hard part of the song and that's the mega-stream at the end. Songs like Bloodrush and HotN take EXTREME amounts of stamina and may have you struggling for quite some time.
