OK. I'll give this a shot:

While music plays, a group of pixels in the shape of an arrow flash in a variety of colors according to the type of note they represent, moving upwards on a television or computer screen (or a Game Boy screen) at the speed of the song, and blink with the beat of the song. When they cover the row of grey groups of pixels in the shape of an arrow, The player then hits the corresponding sensor beneath their feet, resulting in a choreographed "dance". How close the player gets to the exact pattern of the choreographed "dance" decides their score. However, these arrows can be manipulated to move faster, slower, and even vanish to make identifying the corresponding arrows of the choreographed "dance" even more difficult. The choreographed "dances" can use more arrows in more complex patterns to make it more difficult for the player.
