My brother just purchased a Red Octane Ignition Pad. The left and right arrow sensors seem to be pushing into the middle. He can't even stand in the middle of the pad at all. Anybody experience this before? We are in Canada and are having a hard time getting any kind of a response from Red Octane (in the US). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
