I don't know, maybe William Howard Taft likes to post "that guy" randomly because "that guy" is William Howard Taft.

If I knew how to get a picture of Tyrgannus up, I'd probably randomly post him too. (Tyrgannus is my Lvl60 Night Elf rogue from WoW)
