For those of you with home DDR, Stepmania, etc. setups, what are some of your favorite lighting gimmicks? I'm thinking of adding black light elements. I'd love some standard black lights and some sort of light that moves with the music.

Black lights are cool... I've always wanted those like in my room when I'm just chillin. Thinking about it now, it would be even cooler if they were on while I was playing DDR (then again there is an arcade I rarely go to that has a black light room with an ITG machine but it's not as effective since the room is big).

You know what would be even better... Strobe Lights! biggrin.gif Put those bad boys behind you while playing and it'll be so awesome. Just picturing that in my head looks so cool. But chances of having ceasure might increase, lol.

Yeah bro, black lights and strobe lights are definite considerations, but I'd still like to have additional lights that move to the music. So I'm soliciting opinions about specific lights with built in mics or better yet, RCA inputs for the music. I'd rather have the lights dance to the music rather than my yelling or the Cobalt Flux pad clicks which might overpower the music.

Speaking of lighting setups, Ive seen these USB lights that you can insert into your PC, supposedly they "Flash along with the beat of your music/dance games!" Anyone try these things?
