Stepmania - How do you play more than three songs w/ fail on

Hey, sorry if this has been asked before, but what do I need to change in Stepmania to make it so it's like the PS2 versions of DDR, where you can choose to play songs in sets of three, and fail song by having an empty meter is on, and if you either complete all three songs or fail a song due to having your meter run out it returns to the song selection screen, instead of returning to the main Stepmania page? It's really annoying having to go back through the settings and rechoose everything; I just want to be able to choose my songs and play a bunch in a row, but have fail on, so if I mess up on a song at a certain point I know where I died at.

I've explored all the options in Stepmania, but I can't figure out how to do this. It's seems like such a basic and efficient concept that was even included in the PS2 versions would make its way into Stepmania. Perhaps I overlooked it...does anyone know what I can do?
