http://ddrstation.com/flmeddrpafor.html

obviously i dont have the money for a cobalt or a afterburner so anyone who has hands on experience with this your opinion would be greatly appriciated....and it seems to have the same design as the tx-4000/tx-6000 are they made by the same company?

Don't get it. It's obviously a tx1000 ripoff and you can trust it to break in atleast the first few days (and by break I don't mean break in, you won't be able to use it once it breaks).

The description for that pad frequently makes no sense because it's so poorly written. In other cases, they simply reiterate their points. Like these:
Yahoo Store Description wrote:
800 LB Payload ITG Inspired Design > Ninja Boomerang Design > Mission Focused Symbols

So is it an ITG-inspired design or a "ninja boomerang" (?!) design? Both? What's a Ninja Boomerang design? Since when did ninjas carry boomerangs?
Yahoo Store Description wrote:
> Engineered for Boomerang and arrows

Again with the boomerang nonsense. Are they talking about the ITG modifier? If that's the case, though I doubt it is, I don't see how you could possibly engineer a pad for that. Does this pad come flying back at you if you try to throw it away?
Yahoo Store Description wrote:

> Structural Re-Enforced Corners Mirror Shine Finish > Rust-prove Chrome Finish > High Mirror Shine Polish

Alright already! The pad is shiny, we get it!! Sheesh!

Yahoo Store Description wrote:
The entire metal platform frame is metal,

As opposed to other metal pads which have "entire metal platform frames" made out of... wood? Plastic? Cotton? Cheese?

Anyway, Loyx is right. If you find a metal pad that you've never seen before, chances are it's just another TX1000 variant that will break within hours or days of playing on it, or it might even be dead on arrival. Don't buy it.

''Ninja Boomerang Design''

I think they are talking about the design of the arrows of the TX5001 (or something like it) Because on ebay, they're called ''Ninja pads''. And for the rest i'll say as the others said. Don't buy it, seems to be a crap...

That's not really because it's not a CF or RO, it's just because no one never heard of this pad and well, there's no one who have never tryed it so, we can't say it's a Great pad as Cf or RO, but it's surely not.

Well, it's a tx-4000 but it's read and the buttons arnt metal. I think it's probably decent, cause it has a better control box than the tx 1000. (I have a tx 1000 and my second control box just broke). The soldering is probably better than the 1000's also, but if it isnt that is easily fixable. And 1 more thing. if you r gonna get it u can get it cheaper on playasia E13.gif

It's just a TX-4000 in red instead of silver. Why anyone bothers spending the money to design these things is beyond me. Do people actually BUY these shams?

I recomend that you should rather get a tx4000 from lik-sang or play-asia. They are lot cheaper there and the silver color looks much better than ugly red.
