Yes I am also curious about how they obtained it...I heard that it was like DDRMAX2 was;In order for it to be installed EVER, you ordered your kit and a Konami Tech Representative came and watched over the installation...But then they didn't do this for Extreme
All I know is is that SOMEONE in VA should get a machine...the entire state has ZERO IIDX MACHINES AT ALL. *anger*Happy sky makes me happy, happy sky makes me happy...

oh poopy.......i want that controller but its $400  but i havent even played the game and im obsesed....i want to playu it soooo bad so i have a reason to spen $500. |
You own a Cobalt Flux and they cost $300. If you can afford to purchase a CF pad, I'm pretty sure you can get an ASC. Doesn't have to be the official Konami one. Get one from ransai or Desktop Arcade.
They're just as durable as the Konami ASC, and they're cheaper to boot.

I HAVE A STUPID QUESTION!
Whats the name of that one song in 10th style, the one with those two middle aged people singing, the dude has a fro, and the lady is a wrinkly old hag and they fly out from both sides of the screen, I want a simfile of it.
Am I the only minor on this board that plays IIDX?

So anyway, is Reverse available in Beginner mode? If not, how can I access it?

If you're talking about the notes going upwards, you're out of luck. All beatmania series are notes going down. As of Beginner's Mode, no mods whatsoever.

I think the whole no mods in beginners mode sucks. I've had people over that want to play 5.8.8. and songs of the sort a little bit faster, but when they switch to L7 they get killed by almost anything.
But yeah, there is no mode where the notes go up the screen. Well...I guess you could turn your TV upside down and play on mirror (I think that would work) lol.
