Myeh... Vertex² is definetely a 1478245723452835902375891257289572358934758927639851237589437123890573289157 block song

</sarcasm>

Although Vertex³ will obviously be that amount of blocks, I can't wait to corrupt Stepmania with it.

I failed Queen of Light as my first song ever playing ITG then passed HoTN on my first try on the game after.

What the hell is wrong with you people? Unless you've got carpal tunnel or 2nd degree burns on your hands, I don't know how this song could be so difficult.

What do your fingers or hands have to do with passing the song? (unless you're bar-raping them, or something...)

Synaesthesia: He was referring to Queen of Light? >_>

Baggage: I never expected hands before, plus the first time I played ITG was on an upgraded DDR Cab. Didn't have an idea of how much force to apply for hands, back then. I did have the stamina and ability for normal songs though, which is why I was able to pass Hardcore of the North, Oasis, etc. on my first try due to them having no hands. Vertex I failed about 30 seconds in due to the large minefield. Obviously, the difficulty of switching from years of DDR to ITG was reading the mines and preparing for the hands. ITG players are used to it now, but at the beginning it was a major issue when deciding the difficulty of a song.

Whenever I do a hand with a freeze, I get down to do the hand, the freeze lets go, and I can't hit it the arrow with my hand hard enough.
But it probably doesn't feel liek a 12 to most of you
And
Driving Force Classical should be a 10

The only reason for that is the fact that it maybe a touch stamina draining...

Oh. Well, for songs like QoL, because I'm not very limber, I find ways to use my feet for "hands."

You have some giant-ass feet or something? The freeze arrows make it impossible for me to do it without hands.

Not especially; just around 14. When you're holding double freezes like that, you can take your foot off one of them to hit a note, and return it quickly to maintain the freeze.

I used to do that when I didn't care about FA :\
Aaand before we got a dedicab. Hands would rarely register on the ITG1 Upgrade we used to have =(

well in my opinion, i think that fleadh uncut should be a very easy 11.

cus i can get a better grade on charlene then on fleadh uncut and charlene is an 11.

also, hispanic panic should go down to a hard 9

Am I the only one who thinks they're all fine, or what?
a) It's not really that important
b) Any ones that could be consitered off aren't really that out rageous (Which is worse, Long Train Runnin' being a 7 or Hispanic Panic being a 10?)
c) This thread is all opinions, yet some people are saying "omj ur dum git out". Something's wrong here.

The song I think is "most off" is !, it's expert I'd like to see be an 11, but I could see how some might view it as a 12.

! is definitely a 12. the expert steps have a variety of difficulties (rolls in pause right before a stream of mines, fast crossovers, hands throughout the song, etc)

one song that the rating is most off, is D-code expert. GEEZ for crying out loud the steps match an 8-footer. if they (Roxor) thought to put D-code as a 10 just because of the BPM (like around 100), then Bloodrush deserves to have a rating higher than Vertex^2
