My favorite songs are Queen of Light (Hard steps, can't pass Expert), Charlene(Hard steps again), Rom-e0 and Juli8, and Da Roots on Expert (The drum solo part is so fun to step, if I don't misstep or fall off the pad).

Stepchart wise - Remember December, Pandemonium (Hard), anything BUT Euphoria........worst stepchart ever.

Ok ive never played it in the arcade so im pretty much a newb when it comes to ITG but so far my favorite's would be hardcore Of the north, july, pandemonuim, disconnected (the 10 foot) and deliruim is pretty good too.
