Actually, I've been told the same thing and it's true. So, I always say that because it's true. It just depends where he lives which depends on the fact that he could be the best. How long have you been playing DDR anyways?

Well, I guess I'll just have to change the thing around here for a second.
Talk to the manager and ask him if he knows if there will be DDR players far out from the area going in to this DDR Tournament. If all the people who signed up are in the area, just say if you can reschedule the tournament, delay it for a second. Don't say any lies or anything, but just say you had to. It's a good cause isn't it?

Definably bowling. If you are on the bowling team, then you have an obligation to your team members to participate in the bowling tournament. I donno how bowling works as a team game But if your on a team and your members rely on you, you cant just blow them off. DDR will just have to wait. When you sign up for something like that then you are saying that you will fulfill the obligations for it. and besides im sure you will get more recognition from winning bowling than DDR.

There was a tournament going on where I live and probably the only one im ever gonna get a chance to be in. but i was in your situation and was able to realize that i didnt go though the trouble to being on a team to blow them off. And I was told i was one of the best too and i knew for a fact i didnt have a chance at winning.

You can play DDR anytime. Even if you miss the DDR tourney you can still play

Ok sorry I didn’t want to sound like im preaching or anything.

i'd definately go with the bowling, like many members have said, ddr tourny's are ok but fam > arcade

i have to agree with psisar's first comment... DDR tournaments are very hard because the really serious people will dance all over you. ive played for a while and im alright but not close to competing yet!! i love to sit and watch the pros stomp out songs like "V" x8 and do insane moves. i think if you want to learn more about the game and how its played you need to go to the tournament! biggrin.gif

well i've seen the list and everybody is from Duluth, except for a couple and I know the people that aren't from duluth, so nobody is gonna be driving far to rape it.

Is is prereg only? You never know who really would drive to a tourney. We had JBoy come to NJ for a tourney up here, and kids from Ohio road trip to visit for the hell of it.

That was a pointless bump. I hope you went to the bowling tournament, guy. It honestly was the better idea. You can always hold your own DDR tournament later. It's not that hard to do.
