Don't bump old threads. This was also discussed in a nearby thread, I'm very sure. Original piece: 4 Season's Winter, composed by Vivaldi. _________________

DJ TAKA IS MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Despite Healing Vision and Healing Vision Angelic Mix being my favourite songs of all time. Anything made by DJ TAKA I enjoy in every possible way. I never met an artist that can mix classical music with a tecno/trance beat incredibly well. I'm sure there are other great artists but unfortunately I have not heard too much techno/trance music that incorporates piano into its mixes. If anybody can make any recommendations toward artists that incorporates classical music into their trance music, it would be greatly appreciated. _________________

If it is anything you should be disappointed about with DJ Taka it is the song Quickening. Now that does not sound like DJ Taka _________________

Ok... I actually skipped reading the whole topic and only read about 4 posts and this is all I'm gonna' say.
dj TAKA's real name is Takayuki Ishikawa.
He is an actual person and is his own artist.
No, Naoki does not make dj TAKA's music nor does he produce it.
I am a huge fan of dj TAKA's work and I like studying his music.
Now here's the thing.
dj TAKA uses other DJ names whenever he's creates a song that doesn't fit his usually music style.
For example.
dj TAKA's original style of music is this:
dj TAKA creates music usually to how he feels, and usually he adds piano notes into them
now watch this.
dj TAKA uses piano notes
DJ Amuro (aka dj TAKA) uses piano notes
See?
Now, these are his other dj names and learn from them.
DJ Taka is also knows as:
DJ Amuro
Risk Junk
Lion MUSASHI
Iconoclasm ~Iconoclasm is a collission dj name which was used during
the making of Votum Stellarum, which is dj TAKA and
Jun Wakita. Also, iconoclasm is an actual word that has to
do with something holy. And that is why Votum Stellarum
sounds all holy and stuff~
TAKA ~he uses this dj name whenever he makes a song with a classic
style to it, such as V and No. 13~
DJ Setup ~he uses this dj name whenever he makes techno songs~
Outphase ~actually, this is a collission dj name. Outphase is actually
dj TAKA and TaQ working together~
I hope you enjoyed this little lesson.
And remember, don't confuse dj TAKA with Naoki Maeda. ^^
Edit: Also... here's another thing about dj TAKA's style of music:
he adds a lot of background to the song, meaning there is
plenty of beat and rhythm going on.
Which means that if you pay attention to each song, there is
usually more than 4 or 5 sounds going on throughout the
background of the song. So... if you pay attention to Quickening,
there's a lot of background and sound in that song, meaning that
it does sound like dj TAKA. -Well, at least to me it does sound like
him-
Edit2: About Naoki Maeda, in Japanese known as Maeda Naoki... Naoki
Maeda's dj name is NAOKI and he is the main producer of the
Dance Dance Revolution series. He is known to have created most
of the Konami Originals in DDR. He made the Paranoia, Trip
Machine series. Also, he's the guy that makes most of those cultural
songs in DDR such as Sakura, Orion. 78, Afronova, bag, Tsugaru,
and Matsuri Japan. Believe me when I saw he composes more than
3/8th's of the songs in the DDR series. That's a fact. ^^ _________________

There is always more than 4 sounds going on in songs. Open your ears.
Also other artists do the same with the feel of the styles. It isn't uncommon.
But yeah this is the dj Taka thread and whatnot so whatever .

If you remember with early Beatmania, DJ TAKA was brought in to create really difficult songs (Logical Dash for example), he then become lead sound for IIDX. Check this out... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Bemani_artists
Or just google Takayuki Ishikawa and you will find pictures and whatnot. |

Is Naoki like the head of Konami or something or is it just coincidental that Naoki M. can be rearranged to spell Konami? _________________
