Trip Machine - This is hardly music. Weird noises.

i wasn't aware having "weird noises" disqualifies anything from being music. some of you guys seriously need to reconsider your ideas on what "music" is, especially if you think Trip Machine is borderline non-musical. Some of the music I listen to makes Trip Machine sound like Coldplay for christs sake. usually i don't call someone closed-minded if they simply dont like a certain song or music, but when people start saying, "oh this isn't music, its all noisy and wierd" or something stupid like that, yeah, i'm gonna start calling you closed minded.

It has to be Mad Blast, hands down. Starting with the freaky background, to the crazy guitars, to the absolutely wild stepchart (particularly the one from DDR Festival), it's easy to say, "Where in the world did that come from?" It's one of my favorite songs, though.

Other weird songs include Fire Dub, an 85-bpm bluesy-reggae vibe with lyrics that make absolutely no sense at all. The stepchart isn't anything ordinary, either.

Lyrics wise: a tie between Daikenkai and Sana Morette ne Ente.

Overall, if you count ITG: Remember December. If you don't, Sung Suk.

Thinking back to Ultramix 1... Keep Ya Body Movin' wins because of the following...

"Keep ya body jigglin', work it, turk it..." blink.gif How do you turk it?

Either that or Make A Jam because of the nonsense talk.

Daikenkai is probably the weirdest for me. Yep. Maybe it's jsut me, but I've always found Japanese rap/rock kinda funny. Sounds like Linkin Park in Japanese. Fun song though. ;D

Agreed. WAKA LAKA is even my least favorite DDR song ever because the lyrics are absolutely pointless, the stepchart is frustrating, and that weird guy singing in the background drives me batty like nobody's business. To tell you the truth, WAKA LAKA sounds like a speed remix of a fairytale song IMO.

...The songs about drugs and sex. I thought that was fairly obvious.
