I couldn't last as long as the ealier days because harder difficulty drains my stamina. I have to take frequent breaks.

Endurance

Pushups, Football Drill. It would have been easier but not as fun.

6)How long have you been DDRing? 10 months; i can pass every 10 footer cept with at a C cept PSMO and max.
7)How long does a typical DDR session last for you? 1.5-2 hours.
8)Do you regurally do any other exercises besides DDR? karate, wt. training (smartbells and benchpressing), pushups and situps
9)Has DDR provided any notable weight loss? If so, how much? Was this accompanied by a diet? I eat a lot, so i lose it afterwards, so i don't know.
10)Do you feel that DDR has improved your sense of well being? You bet!
11)Has DDR built any noticeable strength? i gained about 4 more pounds of muscle on my thighs, and my calves and shins seem tougher.
12)How much longer can you DDR than when you first started? ive built up endurance, so id say a lot longer.
13)Do you think DDR has made you more mobile/flexible? Has it helped with any joint or muscle movement problems? a lil bit, i feel in shape everyday.

11)Has DDR built any noticeable strength? yeah, i have alot more endurance, lots of leg strength, and jump higher (dont know why i metioned that last one)

12)How much longer can you DDR than when you first started? ha thats funny, i could play for like a 1/2 hour, but now its like 2-3 hours. endurance i tell ya
