Ah, why not... Here's my list. Hardest to easiest for me to pass:

1. Bloodrush
2. Determinator
(Summer -speedy mix-)
3. Tell
4. Euphoria
5. Hardcore of the North
(Pandemonium hard)
6. Delirium
7. Energizer
8. Go 60 Go
9. !
(July)
10. VerTex
Hahah, for me Pandemonium (hard) goes right below Delirium (it's just a little bit easier for me), and Summer goes about two miles above Bloodrush and Determinator, with the other 13s.

Seriously... I don't know why some people find Summer so easy. All the 12s are either "not too tough" or "I should pass this soon" in my mind. All the 13s, including Summer look like "how the hell?!?!" to me.

I feel that way too. Something about the speed and the sheer amount of steps in Summer.

VerTex is the only 12 I've passed, but on others I get fairly close to the end, so I'm pretty sure that's the easiest. I need to work on my endurance more, but hate looking sweaty coming out of the Student Union.

Oh and as a side note, did the Go 60 Go logo remind anyone else of Bomberman?

Summer has less steps than July.

And fewer steps. E13.gif I guess it's the length of the stream that's the trick, since both are comparable in speed.

Oh, I can't rank any 12s because I can't pass any.

Summer is also 20 seconds shorter than July. If you go by amount of steps:total amount of time ratio, Summer actually has more steps.

But, the step density doesn't remain constant in either song, so you can't really arbitrarily extend the songs and say one would have more steps.

I find Summer easy because of how simple and straightforward the runs are. They don't change the way you're facing very much, they repeat the same patterns midstream a lot, and there are no crossovers. Candle steps are relatively few. The part that usually gives me trouble is in the middle, right after the last stop, with all the weird jumps and stuff.

Out of curiosity, Brother Mojo, how far can you get in Summer?

I can beat July Expert. I can't beat Summer Speedy Mix, because it's faster, and has two long runs, as oppossed to July's fairly short runs.

Before reading the rest of this thread so my answers aren't biased:

1: Bloodrush (Only song in the game I haven't passed yet frown.gif )
EDIT: Pandemonium (because I've passed this and not bloodrush)
EDIT: Summer (Speedy Mix) (Because I've passed this and not Bloodrush)
2: Go 60 Go (Evil Mines)
3: Determinator (Evil run)
4: Vertex (Evil BPM Changes)
5: Euphoria
6: Energizer
7: HOTN
8: Delerium
9: Tell
10: ! (Evil Quad I keep missing)

There are only 10 unlocked 12s, right? E10.gif

Edit: These are to pass. Go 60 Go is my 2nd highest 12 foot score, but I rarely pass it because of the middle section with the mines.

The problem is the mines make it extremely hard to read for me and I end up getting misses, and land on mines instead, further reducing my lifebar to zero biggrin.gif. It's harder than the Determinator run for me, at least I can read that frown.gif.

I have survived the first long stream once, and it took me from full lifebar to next to nothing. So, even if I could do it twice in one attempt, that doesn't change the fact that, at the end, there are three long streams with no chance to recover. If each one of those takes a full life meter off of me... hahaha no.

Its hard to say how hard each 12/13 is. Since we are all good at certain things, and weak in other areas. I am not troubled by mines, jumps or songs with alot of steps. Usually its the songs with the retarded techniques in order to pass it that bugs the hell out of me.

Determinator (never passed, failed more than 100 times)
Bloodrush (Can't read slowdown on 3x, can't read entire song on 4x)
Euphoria ( Same problem, passed once on 3x)

Pandemonium and Summer, although I haven't passed either one lately, both are very passable. And, I almost always FC the death run on summer.

Anything else I didn't mention is probably easy for me and can score at least pretty good on (break 90 or something)

I agree that these ranking things are a little absurd. Personally, the hardest is Bloodrush and the easiest is Tell, which I passed first try the day the game came out.

How would you rank the Level 12 songs in terms of difficulty? My list, from hardest to easiest, would probably be like this:

Mine would be(from hardest to easiest):

1. Euphoria
2. Tell
3. Delirium
4. Vertex
5. Hardcore of the North

And why does almost everyone think HoTN is difficult?! Thats the easiest 4 me. I can pass it every time unlike the others

...E10.gif In all seriousness now, Hardcore of the North is the only one of those five that I haven't passed yet. I've gotten close a few times, but never passed it. Delirium I've passed a couple of times when I've gotten lucky. Tell isn't too bad, but I can't pass it reliably. Euphoria and VerTex are the only of the original 12s that I always pass.

EDIT: If you want to include the new 12s on this, I always pass ! as well, but even Energizer and Go 60 Go often fail me near the end just because I'm tired. Euphoria is just easy.

Euphoria is definetely the hardest 12. I think it should be a 13. I couldnt even beat it on 1.5 with a controller.

Yeah... the step rankings were baised on the actual stepchart, not on how hard it is to read *cough bag cough* so using speedmods isn't really cheating E13.gif
