i was at my local mall and the ddr machine is in the entrance is right when you enter the arcade. Whenever I do cartoon heroes as my finale (after realizing i have a crowd of at least 20) then i jsut add extra steps. (aas if it wasn't hard enough!) but if crowds jsut look at your feeet when your doing a fast song then they automatically think your AWESOME. I had a HUGE crowd at my six flags (darien lake) and I pretty much only did senorita and bag <<<(ok maybe that was impressing) haha so at the mall i got arounhd 20 but at six flags i did have about 30 people. You can never realize them until you hear clapping at the end of a song.

Jus another story! Alrite well i was at a soccer tournament in syracuse and we wnet to this place called the "great northern mall" We ate at the food court until i realized "there's ddr!" so we went and i did healing vision (angelic mix) on heavy. The crowd went BESERK they LOVED it. And i messed up once on it so i got an A. But still, the fact that they were goin' beserk got me happy. Well they were all like (awesome job! The machine was right near a glass wall so everyone eating could watch you. it was great. E4.gif E4.gif

hmm i think it was about 15-20 ppl. It was at disneyland. It was interesting lol. cuz i wasn't exactly that pro at ddr. I played some standard and heavy. I believed that I played Healing vision and cartoon heroes on standard and 321 stars on heavy. I got a lot of compliments. its nice cuz it boosts up my confidence. E4.gif

I played some DDR America (whatever that arcade mix is called) at a Disneyworld theme park. I finished Dead End on heavy (got a B because of the lack of speed mods), and when heard some clapping. This was a family vacation, so i figured it was like my mom and grandmother, but instead saw a ring of hot college girls on Spring Break. Now this may have not been the biggest crowd to watch, but it was definitely the best. E13.gif

six flags darien lake. There was like 30 people there playing on light. One failed Still In My Heart (Momo Mix) (What the hell does momo mean?) So I played that just to be the stupid show off I am. About another 25ish people showed up and watched. And I finally beat Waka Laka then too. So, about 55.

There was this time in late May at Purdue that I was playing doubles on graduation weekend. I was playing my favorite .59 freestyle routine and I noticed a few people stopped to watch. After that I played V (for extreme). I didn't realize that alot of the graduates + parents + graduates siblings were walking through as the whatchmacallit just got out, but by the end of the song I turned around and there were easily 100 people, i sh*t you not.

10-15, maybe a few more. I was playing ITG and DDR in an arcade along the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD this summer. Some people in the crowd asked me to show them how to play.

That also just made my day, I'm not sure if I should be cracking up or crying ><

About 20 when I played ITG in wildwood against this really good kid. He beat me by abou 4% on the songs I knew well like Anubis and Hillbilly Hardcore. About 6 of the viewers were my friends, about the same amount were his friends, and the rest were gawkers from the boardwalk.

I noticed that VS mode tends to draw much more people than single does, regardless of the difficulty. Anybody else notice that?
