Well I tried out System Zero.

That one.
And note this is all in Fall mode:
-Get up'n dance man sound is shaky
-Crash at S2 Credits (wtf is that)
-No High Scores Screen
-Song loading animation speeds up during Oni
-Needs a Game Over Graphic, not animation.
-Needs Credits
-Needs Alt Credits
-NEEDS PUMP
Fucking awesome songwheel though.
Anyway, nice damn theme, but is it possible to have a "school-appropriate" version? PLEASE?!
Not that I dont like "STD mode" or "Gay" or "whiny baby frick"
I just
Also the Cleared Screen is a little degrading.
Just saying.

That's what happens when you rip sound from a crappy PS2 video.
I have the actual version of Exceed for Xbox now and plan on replacing the sounds.

1) "SZ" credits. S2 isn't coming out for a while.
2) This has been fixed before, but I didn't upload it.
Fix is available here:

Extract this to BGAnimations\ScreenSZCredits background, overwriting BGAnimation.ini

These will be dealt with in the stepmania-freecontent package version of system zero, as well as anything that's missing but "should" be there. Except the cleared screen, just changed that.
Also, system zero 0.55 (i.e. the one best experienced in event mode) will be released soon (it'll also be the last version of the theme). |

When a normal gameplay song loads, the background comes up with a transition. In Oni/diekatze88/Endless, that transition show's but it is very fast. Look closely.

The Graphic that says "GAME OVER" is the default from SMMAX. (Blue/Purple)

I would kiss everyone at Andamiro for doing such a great job with the series, but sz is basically a DDR-styled theme at heart.
If I were to make SZ for Pump, it would be a hell of a lot like Exceed. Sadly, that technology is not around yet. Maybe when SM4 comes around you'll see PiU: system zero, and it'll be much, much better. |
