My question is this: out of the general population, how many people can pass a level-13 song? One in a hundred thousand?
Out of the population of people who play DDR regularly, how many people can pass a level-13 song? One in a hundred? |

I know people that can pass Summer. /me shrugs.
I think it'd be more like 5% or 10% of the general ITG populace/playing commmunity that can pass 13s consistently.
Also, VerTex^2 is sort of difficult through out the whole song. It just gets more difficult at the end. _________________

i think for the next itg mixes, they should take all the songs from the keyboard megapacks. that would make a nice challenge and be alot harder than vertex^2 |

a lot of those songs are straihgt from bemani games. They are having enough trouble with konami as it is, but it would be cool to see a vid of someone playing quasar on foot. _________________

Do you know why it's called a keyboard megapack in the first place? |

Rolls plus Hands, lots of them. crazy BPM changes. lots and lots of 64th runs. lots of jumps thrown into the said runs. hands thrown in to places where they don't belong. that's how you get harder than VerTex^2. _________________

I didn't film it or export it, so I really can't help you on your probablem. Though if you are on a mac running QT, you would have to download the application VLC, that should fix it _________________

Uh, not true. Reality is hard on FINGERS. Vertex^2 is fairly easy on fingers. 70% of keyboard sims fall inbetween Vertex^2 and Reality. _________________

I found Determinator to be the hardest on Keyboard. Vertex^2 is really easy on fingers.
EDIT: Euphoria is hard too, compared to the other ITG songs. _________________

Actually, I don't think that Roxor will intentionally put up steps that are impossible to pass. What's the point of putting in steps that no one would be able to pass or even try? I can see why most of the water fountains and lakes at Six Flags Astroworld in Houston has blue food coloring in it, but something this weird simply will not work. I would suggest a maximum of 15 blocks in a future ZiGZaG song.
BTW, the reason why VerTex^2 is crap at the end of the song is because the steps are at a BPM inconsistent with the song and are offbeat with 64ths that should have been 4ths at about 600+ BPM. No offense to the step creator, but I think that's kind of weird. But I suppose that it was done on purpose to make the steps confusing in a confusing song. |
