|
|
WHen I step on the left and down buttons, the right button also registers. It activates by itself. IT's probably the sensor problem. It happens on BOTH of my newly purchased DDR foamed dancing mats. Anyone here experienced the same problems? It's a pain that I can't use my pads anymore because I used to own most of the songs, now I cna't even beat a standard level songs. It's really frustrating.
ANY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED..... thank u... |

I have that problem once in awhile too, but I don't have my pad modded.
If you want it fixed, you'll have to rip it open and find out whats under there. The metal might have bent. If it's bent one way it will constantly register, if it's bent the other way it won't register even when you press it. |

no, it's just that the buttons activates by themselves. I believe it's the sensor's problem, because it's always good at the beginning of the song when I flatten the mat, then after a few moves, the right arrow keeps go on by itself, and then when the right arrow is appeared on the screen and when I tried to step on the right button, it won't register because it's already activated, so it counts as a MISS in the game. I don't even remember how many times I failed the song because of this issue. |

What game are you playing? If applicable, make sure ABYX is turned off... when I first started playing DDR on UM2 I had the same problem, since I would accidently step on the B button and the down button or whatever would register. _________________

I had that problem once with my thick Pelican foam pad (very frustrating while trying to ace Secret Rendevous), it was due to the foam slab under the left arrow being slightly curved inwards, like a U shape. I flattened it out my putting a book under it and it works fine now. _________________
