Chaffing to an extreme degree. Plain and simple. If you're overweight or have hairy nips then it is entirely plausible that the friction caused breaking of the skin over a wide enough area to cause it to bleed. Lactation of the male "breast" is a rare occurance any how.

Thats just crazy. However it would make sense why when i play itg or ddr i sometimes get irritated nipples. but i have never had anything like that bleed. the bleeding is wierd

^ I'll agree with you there, sometimes my nipples will rub against my shirt and irritate them and it hurts, but I've never bled or anything...seriously, you might want to go get that checked out or something...can't be a good sign...

Usually this occurs with runners who sweat a lot and as their shirt sticks to their skin, begins to chafe their nipples. Never heard of this happening during DDR but it's quite possible. It's no big deal really, either don't wear a shirt or wear something over your nipples (like bandaids) while playing.
