I can't submit new locations because of an error :/

When I click on the "Submit new location" button, I get this:

I'm looking into this now. I'm not really sure why it's happening, as the location submissions worked fine after my last update. I posted a couple to Mississippi after I sent in the updates.

I think it's because of the PHP5 update.

Phillipines is in Oceania because...well...it's in the middle of the ocean?

I know there are seven continents proper and that people sometimes use Oceania to refer to Australia and New Zealand, but the definition widely varies, and it often includes Indonesia and Micronesia. Geographically, what most people consider Asia stops at the mainland (excluding Taiwan and China), and they really don't know what to do about places like Papua New Guinea, Sumatra, et al.

no you dont get to be a contribute for subbmitting a location you hav eto actualy do something usefull and uniqe like write a faq
