Poor you (not sarcasm)...I hate it when people shun goths, *cough*yarni*cough* I myself am a goth, and I like to talk to people, but when they figure out I'm a goth (I don't dress goth), they reject me and don't talk to me again WE'RE PEOPLE TOO! _________________

Things that piss me off:
1. People who stand right behind you while you're playing and hold the bar, so when you go back to lean on the bar all you meet are someone else's sticky hands. MY BAR BUGGER OFF.
2. People who stand right behind you and say things to other people like "Oh, no, I can do it SO much better than her, my technique is just better..."
WHO GIVES A poopy I'M GETTING AN 'AA' YOU'RE NOT.
3. People who have obviously never played before making a big show of it when they get a pass on an easy track. Okay, I know they need to start somewhere, but its no good shouting "YES!" and looking around smugly when you manage to scrape a C on the easiest track on beginner Level. >.<
4. When you've been waiting for a bunch of kids to get off the bloody thing for about half and hour, and then just as you're going to step up to play, more kids barge in front of you, put in about £10, and you have to wait ages again.
This has only happened to me once, and I complained loudly. Trouble was, they were foriengers, and didn't understand what "I was here first, loves, get the frick off" means.
Then when I finally managed to boot them off, they had the CHEEK to say "You ahve just one go, yes? One go, then us?"
HOW ABOUT NO?!?!
*tears hair out*
*heavy breathing*
... o.O;;
EDIT: Gah, filters that change swear words to... not swear words! My greatest enemy! xD

Grrrr.
Yesterday when I was in the arcade trying to play something on Heavy (cant remember the song.. hmm) some little kid jumped onto the pad beside me. I was trying not to let him bother me so I just kept going - I had a good combo going too - >.< But anyway after a few seconds he began traveling closer to me until he was ON MY SIDE OF THE PAD just dancing away. I of course failed because I didnt want to hit him and I was so pissed off. Where the eff were his parents?! >.< OMG. _________________

Agreed. If you dont see the kids parents, let the pummelage commence. Itll teach the little bugger to stay off your pad. _________________

Ok. There are so many things that i hate when playing DDR.
1. When the person playing next to you gives you a dirty look when you pick a song that feels easy to them. Some guy picks Max 300----ok... so then I pick Orion.78 Ameuro Mix, gives me a glare. I tell him to do it on x1 for a challenge (105 bpm is slow for a 9 footer, very dense pattern) and he fails miserably.
2. What's with all the kids?! Get off the second pad when i'm playing doubles!! I'm playing DXY on my custom made stepfile and I hit a couple of kids off the pad because at the end, i have to hit <> every time, switching pads every other jump.
3. This one is a biggie. When there is a coin line--a couple of people who didn't even put any coins, come in from nowhere and take someone's turn.
4. When a noob bar hugs and stomps excessively on the pad on beginner difficulty.
5. When someone pushes you off the pad when you are losing on a song and tries to take over. That happened to me once and the guy that pushed me off i pushed him back and still beat the song with a B. HA! YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!
6. When you play singles and someone does the steps of the song next to you without putting any credits.
7. When someone in the crowd randomly yells a song to pick.
and...
8. When people rush you off the machine when you still want to keep playing. It ticks me off, because i'm trying to practice, but everyone's tell me to leave. But i never listen--It's my credits, i'm here, and you can't make me leave. One time i was playing single and a older guy told me to leave. SO, I ask him "why don't we play together?" And he's like, you don't have my skill. So i leave for 2 or 3 minutes, and I see the guy bar raping on .59 on Beginner. And when he failed, I laughed out loud purposely--i think he wanted to kick my buttocks though...
EDIT: Stupid swear word filter. |

New thing that pisses me off....and its not even players that are doing it!
When incompetent idiots (Knotts Berry Farm Staff) dont know how to keep a machine together if their life depended on it. Im going to lay into them and tell them how incompetent they are. One of their machines 2p speakers dont even work anymore. _________________

retard DDR contests
Ex:
Slimjim had a DDR contest. They gave you shi+ RO soft pads, DDR Ex USCS, .59 on Light is the only song you can play, you have to step on the pads 1/2 step early, Slimjim "rep" announcer says "We're getting some perfects over here!! Wow!" shi+ _________________

1) "Jeez, y do you play everything on 1.5x?"
2) People who you play a game with. Use 1.5, then immediately after the song pick LOM or MaxX Unlimited so I purposly fail, then laugh at me.
3) "Hey pick (insert song here)"
4) Little girl who pushed the start button while i was taking a pic of my Dead End AA, totally missed the shot, now i cant do it again, im cursed...
5) People who stand out the window and make fun of you (Theres a window to the right of the machine at my arcade) then they dont come in again.
F) People who take my coin in the coin line...
7) "HAHA, this kids bar raping on LOM, what a loser"
8) "Hey look at me, i can do this one backwards, HA"
9) People who totally ignore the coin line and just put their tokens in
10) "Hey, pick up ur feet when u play, u look so stupid
All the quotes were from the same guy on different occasions, so then we versed for real and i kicked his buttocks. He said he let me win by trying to free style Cartoon Heroes when all he did was do the half spin twards the end and hit the last double backwards. He didn't even AA Sync, and he picked it...
11) People who eat on the pad, drop their hot dog, and just walk away leaving ketchup on the pad. (This only happened once and i was sure to have a word with this guy...YOU KNO WHO U ARE!) _________________

1. People who laugh at beginners.
2. Beginners who think they're all that.
3. Good players who think they're all that.
4. Beginners that hold the bar.
5. People who stomp.
6. People who mock players.
7. People who tell you what song to pick.
8. People who try to talk to you as you play.
9. Annoying little kids who want to play with you and you reluctantly allow them; then their parents make you pick something 'easy' for them.
10. People who step on your arrows as you play.
11. People who cover the screen.
12. People who get sticky sweat on screen and bar.
13. Machines in crappy condition.
14. Freestylers who do retarded freestyles.
15. People who clearly try to look cool.
16. People that ask how long you've been playing, like it's the most amazing thing they've ever seen.
17. People that stand on a pivot food or in the middle piece and end up flailing about, looking like a retarded duck.
18. People that leave their crap on the machine.
19. People that reserve their turn, then disappear for an hour and act all shocked when they come back and see someone else playing.
20. Shadowers.
21. People that throw a tantrum when they don't get the score they want.
22. Pump It Up.
23. People who play PIU.
24. Searching an arcade for DDR and only finding PIU.
25. Fat people who play (it looks disguisting)
26. Little kids that try to play.
27. Bar Hopping.
28. Matrix walking.
29. Bare feet.
30. Pads positioned too close to the screen (such as the one at Universal Studios)
31. Pads positioned too far from the screen (such as the one at Festival Bay mall, Orlando)
32. People that pick a Paranoia or a Maxx when their fellow player is clearly not ready for that.
33. Fans that don't point anywhere near the pad (such as the one at Hollywood Cinemas, Asheville NC)
34. Fans that you force into pointing at you, then turn out to be spouting warm, crappy smelling air (such as the above Asheville location)
35. I love an audience as much as any player, but if feels weird when they congregate directly at your back, out of eyesight, and stare at you like a lab rat as you play (such as my Asheville experience)
.....
that about sums it up _________________
