Post how nutty you guys can be when you play.

I get to play at work (Chuck E. Cheese's Store #510) as part of my job involving child interaction. I play full costume, every day, challenging kids and adults alike to dance-offs. I won today, against a rather agile guy...though it was only a combination of 2-3 footers on DDR Solo Bass Mix.

The other day I had a circle of kids chanting my name and cheering me on.

Tho.. Without the suit I nail like nonstop stuff... I can't do too many 1/8 steps and stuff because it makes the head bob, and I have to pretend like I'm really a bipedal mouse.

By the way...

If you're unfamiliar with the concept of Chuck E. Cheese's:

is what the costume pretty much looks like (Except the new costume has big oversized sneakers)

Oh, god, you live in my town, and you work at that Chuck. E. Cheese. I'm going to have to stop by sometime and take you on E4.gif .

OT: I used to think I was cool by running around the machine during the pause in Ecstacy.

Dude... That would be sweet. It's hard to make anything difficult there but I work with what I can. Stop in some time, seriously, I need someone to humiliate me. Nobody else there can play! E1.gif

Remember, it's right off of Route 1 on Nassau Park Blvd, muahaha

I made a hoop with my arms and had people toss things through it when I played. There's also playing in various odd costumes or just playing naked, which I've done on a few occasions.

I did the Matsuri Standard Little thing once, and messed around haha, once it started, I matrix walked, did some jigs on the pad, stopped, walked over, had a bite of pizza, drank some tea, walked out of the arcade for some cool air for a second, then ran back in and jumped over the bar to start it again.

So fun, that was.

I only actually played there once because a friend of mine told me there was some sort of "arrow dancing feet game" there, and I went to check it out.

It's a crappy version with crappy pads, and Chuck E. Cheese isn't the best place to spend your time, so I don't bother going anymore. However, shoot me a PM sometime (pref. not this week, I've got a lot on my plate), maybe I'll give you a little run for the cheese.

before i moved me and my crew used to play "the heat game" in the summer. wed dress up in winter clothes, jackets, mittens, etc. and put on a fast song like max 300 or dead end. after two or three songs you can just look down and shake your head and the sweat literaly flies off you, making the pad nice and slipery.

I normally just step on the correct arrow. If I really want to go crazy, I step on the wrong arrow :o

Well, there really isn't anywhere close, so I mostly play at home. In terms of actual locations, though, the Brunswick Zone in Feasterville is about a 30 minute drive, maybe 35 if there's traffic. There's also Sports & Stuff in East Brunswick, which adds up to about 40-45 minutes, and 8 On The Break in Dunellen which will set you back an hour.

OT: While at Sports & Stuff, my friend passed Matsuri Japan Light on his skateboard (there aren't any jumps.)

We use to play sitting down on the pad on basic songs, hitting the arrows with our butts. With 7 frineds, we have passed Maxx Unlimited doubles and Legend of Max doubles with everyone taking one arrow and just using your butt. Fun but a little painfull.
