A zero of the Mertens function means that the Mertens down the street got a zero when 420 people came to their function; sparsely totient means it only sometimes totes; pRonic means that this number is...let's not go into that; Harshad number are numbers often used in offensive advertising on some, but not all, military bases; 141-gonal probably has something to do with gonads, so I won't go into that either. _________________

There was a huge weed bust at my school on 4/20! They brought in those hound dogs to sniff the lockers out! No joke! _________________

The debate on the definition of an easter egg centers around the intent of the developers. An easter egg is sort of a secret found in a game which was 'hidden' by the developers. The point of contention is whether or not secrets which occur because of an oversight or error on the part of the developers are considered 'easter eggs'. For example in Diablo, for a time it was possible to 'dupe' items by clicking on them to pick them up in a way which would cause the character to walk through a portal. This is a secret effect, but was fixed by the developers in a patch - obviously not intended. Metroid has a glitch which causes the character to re-appear a few pixels higher when coming out of ball form - when combined with a door this can be used to move through the map in unintended ways. Most notably is the ability to obtain the shields and bombs prior to obtaining the freeze and high jump, and also to explore areas of the map without triggering the pallete swap (the 'secret worlds'). Newer versions of Metroid don't have this behavior so it was again never intended. All versions of Metroid, however, have the 'nar password' which allows unlimited energy and missiles, effects not even attainable through normal gameplay. This secret password bypasses the normal password checksum and is obviously intentional. Is the oni glitch like this - probably not - it sounds more like the portal thing in Diablo. Do secrets that get added by accident count as 'eggs' - who knows, after all the developers did 'cause' them to exist. |

Last I heard, there were Oni steps to Maxx Unlimited, but the only way to get to them is to hold start when u select the song, and then select it from the diffuculty select. Can anybody confirm this? |

Screw the math major, what kind of fucking words is this?! I've NEVER heard of those words before!
Stupid language. |
<Off-topic>
Thanks to the context of what's being discussed, I read "math major" up there as "meth major". My first thought was, "A major in methamphetamines? What college do they offer THAT at?" My mind is so warped. I'm sure that'd be a popular class if it was offered, though.

few things -
kakumei does mean revolution, although it is a combination of two words...
it's based on chopin's revolutionary etude no. 12
the song is "*in the* hall of the mountain king*"
kick the can = cover of "can can" from old musical piece called "orpheus in the underworld."
and uh...graduation features the DDR characters? no, seriously, sorry i have nothing to add.

edit- i also just remembered the song Captain Jack has some of the same lyrics Hey Hey Captain Jack, a cadence sung by the U.S. Army Rangers and Green Berets i believe. _________________
