Where can I get a ITG Arrow Skin for Stepmania?

Sorry about the Double Post but I just ran into a problem with Stepmania 3.9rc3. It seems that I need MSVCP71.dll from the Stepmania program folder to get the thing to work. It didn't download with the installer and I don't know why. I tried reinstalling and redownloading but that didn't work.

Please e-mail the file to me (address in my profile) or if you know another way to fix it please post here. Thanks, and my above question still stands (ITG Arrow Skins?).

Put both of these files in the Program Folder of you Stepmania Folder. Should fix the problem. If not, try putting them in your OS SYSTEM Folders.

As for the ITG Arrows, the last time I checked, ITG Freak had something going on with arrow downloads.
