hi, i'm david, and nobody's gonna read this, and honestly i don't care if you do because i'm just wasting time by amusing myself in random ways until summer ends and i can go back to college and have fun. i've been playing for a year and then i came here and got warned for saying the big A-word. you know...rump, bootay, rear, bum, fatcake, pootercooter, etc. i'd just like to tell the moderators and administrators of this weirdo board that ddr is a game of cussing and whether or not you'd like to admit it, it's the truth. what's the first thing that anyone says when that big shiny blue "FAIL" pops up? i'll tell you one thing, it's not "oh corncakes." so, my advice to you is that if you really want to reach out to the ddr community, stop this nonsense.

Hello, I'm Jeremy and I'm new here. I started playing DDR about two years ago, but it was just as a joke and to get a laugh out of my friends. About a month and a half ago I started to take the game seriously and actually worked on improving my skill. I progressed to heavy on my home versions with my cheapo 20 dollar pad and decided to play in the arcades. That was when I learned that playing at home is nothing like playing in the arcades

. So right now, as far as the arcades go, I'm working on 7-8 footers and can do some 9s that I especially like, such as So Deep and V.

Music is an important part of my life and I hope to one day make a career out of it. I started playing the electric bass and guitar three years ago. It's amazing when you find out what listening to bands like Dream Theater and Opeth can do for your playing, as well as practicing up to three hours a day

. I don't know if anyone here knows what Berklee is (the school of music, not the one in Cali), but that's where i want to hopefully end up.

my names nick aka nport. im from new jersey, ddr machines are a rarity near me. anyway ive been playing ddr about 5 months, trying to get better. recent accomplishments are a AAA on never ending storty light mode. AA max 300 light mode. and A stomp to my beat heavy mode. currently working on freestyle. anyway ive been part of this sire for about 5 months as well, its great and i hope i can contribute as much as i can to it.

I've been playing DDR since Feb. of this year (2005) and I'm now floating between heavy and standard (mostly heavy). I play to have fun and I love playing against random people at the mall.

I live near New Orleans, Louisiana and I'm a high school student.

I'm 15 years old, and I've been playing for about a year now, and I can play 7-9 footers. My favorite songs to play would be anything with skippies(gallops) in them, and I'm just totally obsessed with DDR! I usually play at the Schererville Golf Center in Indiana

So, Im based in Garden Grove, roughly 6 Miles from Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. As for my DDR History....
I started playing on KBFs 3rd Mix Kv2 Machines roughly.... in 1999 on and off, and then started really getting into it 2 years later. I found Stepmania and found all of the Arcade Mixes, enabling me to pad at home. In under a year I progressed to heavy and had 29 Catas Passed by the end of the year. I closed up my second year with 56 Catas and 4 10s passed (I was never one for 10s). I stopped playing for 3 months and started to get out of shape. Came back, but only for enjoyment now. Youll probably only see me playing Catas on a machine.

Thats really all there is to know about me. Im boring, huh?

I've been playing DDR for about a year now, and I've gotten to be a pretty decent player (compared to most girls I've met). I can handle most catas and the occasional cata+. A couple of my friends and I are starting up a team and are considering entering tournaments that come into our area in the future.

Anyway, I'm friendly. Talk to me. Except on wednesdays. (I never really got the hang of Wednesdays) .... but if you're going to say something stupid to me, don't bother, because I don't want to talk to you.

ps. I'm brilliant.

hello, im midjetville. in real life im jim. ive been playing DDR for about 6 months, and that is pretty much all i do. at home, i can pass some 13 footers, and at the arcade i can get an A, AA, or AAA on every song (heavy)

my best friend christian (who isnt a member here yet) and i are currently building an arcade machine in my basement.
