You've got to love the idea that paragraphs 3 and 4, the main "meat" of the petition, are predicated upon an unsubstantiated rumor that Konami agreed to never produce another arcade version for N. America. I'm sorry you wasted what appears to be 5-10 minutes of your life. You have permission to humiliate me endlessly when Konami says something to the effect of, "Due to a 4 paragraph online petition (which are well-known for their accuracy and clout), we have decided to reverse our legal endeavours, and work on creating DDR EXTREME MAX survivor Whatever,[heavy sarcasm] complete with 500+ songs, half of which are 10-footers, plus a brand new 18-footer as a gift to our *majority* fanbase who has gotten bored with AAAing every single song on Stealth Shuffle, as we know that just about every DDR player on the face of the Earth has done."[/heavy sarcasm, resume regular mode]

Konami has the right to protect their patents and copywrights. Roxor (as much as i support ITG and roxor) broke the law, sucks to be them.

Well, it is a more ITG Fanboy-oriented thing, but since many DDR players on these forums play, have played, or have some general cognizance (and, by extension, opinion) of ITG, I suppose it could be in-place here. Also, it's rather convenient to read the lawsuit thread and LOL, then read this nearby and ROFL.
