The *other* dancing game: Dance 86.4 Funky Radio Station

Well, one more dancing game coming out in Japan thanks to Konami. This time it's Dance 86.4 Funky Radio Station. Seems like it's geared much more towards kids than anything. Then again, you could probably say the same thing about Pop'n Music. The entire site is in Japanese, but Bemanisky did some translations and capped a few screenshots.

This game looks like it could be a lot of fun! ("Fun" not being a bunch of 10-feet ranked songs!) I would like to try it out, and hopefully it does well enough to warrant a home release! It looks like it could be easily ported to PS2, it could even use the standard DDR dance pad. (Only the top or bottom three buttons need to be used!)

I also see twin.'s avatar and could make a wild guess that he might be just a little dissapointed that a certain collective of idol singers isn't represented in this game at all!

Ah well... I would like to play EVERYDAY AT THE BUS STOP, Tommy February6 is my woman!
