2MB, is this artist's name an acronym?

I was just wondering if U1-Asami's alias 2MB was an acronym for something.

For example, it could be:
2 More Beats (Simply because, U1 remixes a lot of songs and makes them usually a lot faster than the original mix under the alias 2MB for instance, Healing Vision (~Angelic mix~) or Paranoia KCET).

Secondly it could be standing for:
2 MEGABYTES although I really don't know why that would be.

Do you guys have any ideas of what 2MB means/stands for in the game?

Nope, U1 has a couple of aliases but didn't tell us about em, and would've said all the songs he made.

He made midnight blaze.

2MB is just another artist that all of his songs are naoki remixes.

2 megabytes?
2 more bathes (jk)
2 more bites.

I wouldn't think u1 is 2mb.

Also, look at where it says 2MB on song banners. Observe how it's on the same shape thingy used for the artist of the paranoias? Naoki work there...

2MB is U1 Asami, not Naoki. I don't think 2MB is an acronym for anything, but it's possible.

2MB could be something that spells out the word TOMB because his songs are usually a treasured tomb or greatness. LOL

2 is pronounced: TOO
M+B=MB
so TOO+MB=TOMB

do you guys pronounce it: TOMB or TWO-EMM-BEE?
this is sort of leaning towards the pronunciation thread but it's an interesting side thought in this topic about acronyms.

Is NMR pronounced "nummer"?

2MB is pronounced "2 M B". Or "2 Megabytes" if you're feeling technical.

Funny, I've never thought of 2MB being anything other than Two Megabytes. I don't know about NMR being "nummer". I always thought that it was a play on his name... Maybe it's Naoki Maeda... Remix?

i do not know but are there any songs they do that are no near 200 bpm
if so mabe it stands for 200 the speed of most of there songs i dont know all of there songs somebody want to check that out. i dont know how so

Actually, 2MB's remixes are the exact same speed as their original counter parts EXCEPT for Orion .78 Civ. Mix. Max.(period) has a top speed of 600 BPM, but it's based BPM is still 300 and just doubles the speed for reading sake, when the actual beat doesn't get faster.

As for what it stands for? No clue. I've always referred to it ast 2 Megabyte and people know what I mean.
