I can't stand this anymore. Does anyone else have this problem. Lately people have been annoying me at the arcade. They brag, show off, and overall act like they are a big shot. Also, some people in the arcade mess up my game, people shadow me and I tell them to get off and they don't, and little kids get near me and mess me up compleatly. frust.gif It's pissing me off so much it's not even funny. I even have a friend who laughs at me when I'm having an off day. Is anyone els going through the arcade hell I am. Oh yeah and there is an Asian guy who keeps stealing my candy! E18.gif .

I've been through that a lot. Don't worry. . . just like ^ said, ignore them. It doesn't work for me much since I have a short temper, but I think it might.

^^ you could step on their feet really hard and that should make them go away. or if someone shadows you continuously after you ask them several times nicely to stop, then pick extacy and during the big pause beat the crap out of them and then resume the game and AAA it. that should show them.

It happens. Start playing at home or get over it.

i don't go to the arcade much, but when i do, at least ONE thing bad happens to me. (most of the time) like, some little kid steps on the pad, you know that kind of stuff.

here's what i want to know, if this has happened to anyone else:
if someone has pressed the select button for you while you were choosing a song.

i was just finished playing rhythm and police, when this little girl runs up to the stage, presses the button ON THE SAME SONG! i yell "WHAT THE..." and then she stares at me smiling, like she's completely innocent, and then runs off. i was too tired to finish the song frust.gif frust.gif

My friends do that crap to me all the time. It gets really annoying when certain ones do it to impress other people. I have one friend who's as much into DDR as me and hates that kind of crap too. He's usually ok, but the other day a girl from our school showed up while I was playing, so to be cool he kept pushing me in the back and throwing crap at me in the middle of a song.

Honestly there is no way to win that I know of. My pride keeps me from notifying the employees, because I'd feel like a 3 year old taddling to mommy. You can't really physically do anything to them if you want to be allowed back in the arcade because the people bothering you most likely don't have a problem with telling on people. Yelling at them will probably only make you look worse, and will most likely encourage them.

Throw his buttocks off... Or if you don't want to use violence, set your stuff on the other pad. He won't use it then.

If a little kid runs up kick him/her by "accident" and if the parent yells at you just say "Its not my fault, I can't pause the game and I'm not going to waste my money if i hurt a kid that I don't see." Most of the time they'll see reason and others are just assholes that won't shut up. But if your friend does it relax then wait till you get home to beat their buttocks or invite them to sleep over and mess with them the whole night while they are trying to sleep.

Oh and one more thing if a kid messes you up ask to see their parent and demand they give you money. But most of the times they won't cause they'll make some bs excuse like "Oh he/she is just a little kid, they didn't know they were doing something wrong."

The original poster should have posted this in the Arcade experiences thread, and so should every other poster here. (I forgive those redirecting the poster to the appropriate thread, but the rest of you are BAD!! BAD BAD BAD!! Go to your rooms!)
