Is that like DDR?

Well... anyways... I reallllly need someone's help on how to download SM.

I'm in the website: www.stepmania.com
and I don't know what to click. I clicked on

(Stepmania 3.9) and it takes me to this wierd page.
What should I do?

I really dont get THIS page... http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/stepmania/StepMania-3.9-rc3.exe?download

Can someone tell me what to do in order to download this w/o any problems? Please! I need HELP!!!

In this page, http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/stepmania/StepMania-3.9-rc3.exe?download, click the paper on the right to download from one of the servers. They are all the same, it's just where they're located in the world.

Ok... Ok...

I'm done but I keep having this error when I click on Step Mania on my documents. It says: A required .DLL file, MSCCP71.DLL, was not found.

What am I suppose to do??

Maybe your computer just cant run Stepmania, my mom's old computer was like that. Also, did you read the FAQ on stepmania.com?

Stepmania RC3 doesn't include all the neccessary DLL files required in order to run it. Do a Google search for the filename of the missing DLL files and you'll find sites you can download them from.

Or download RC2, the previous version. I believe it includes all the needed files. RC3, I think, switched to using new versions of several DLL files but forgot to actually include them with the installer.

where do u put that though? because thats what i needed to and i couldnt figure out what folder to put it in.

You can either put the DLLs in the Stepmania/Program directory or in your Windows System32 directory (usually either c:\windows\system32 or c:\winnt\system32 but can vary). The latter option is probably wiser because then they'll be available to any other program that needs them, and they'll still be there if you have to reinstall Stepmania.
