thats the worst, especially while doing a nonstop course.

to stay on topic...... eat, drink, get myself pumped-up by watching ddr videos, and wear a shirt, and pants......... and of course i wear my skate shoes(heretic emerica's) i have pink shoelaces on my left shoe.

or..
Xenon (not as tricky, but still kinda weird)
Sometimes I do Burning heat... CSFiL Speed Mix... Rhythm and Police...
9's like that.

I'll get a stitch every once in a while... but I usually don't get nauseous or anything.

As for clothes (and this dress code is to me what Bushido is for Samurai):
White shirt, track pants, Chuck Taylors. Hi's, lo's... whatever I happen to grab.

When dnL was being sold, THAT was my usual drink,
but nowadays, I drink water, 7up, or sometimes Whoopass.

And I never stretch.
makes my muscles ache when I start, usually.
