Favorite thing to drink while playing

I'm a Dew-a-holic so Mtn Dew... I drink around 168 Ounces a day which is bad for me I know but I have to have it to go on...

i can't stand water.. only when i'm playing tennis. only time.. i drink lemonade (our's is def. the best ever) and those sunny d sports drinks.. those are good too

I usually drink water. I'll drink the occasional soda or icee, but those always make my stomach hurt while playing. If I'm really desperate though, I'll drink a sports drink, which make my throat sticky.

For me, it's gotta be Propel.

I get my parents to buy crates of it at Costco, and then I down two or three bottles per DDR session.

I'd use a sports drink or something but I'm too cheap to pay for it, since I usually play at home. BUt water works well anyway.

For PA? Water, hands down.

For freestyle?

In the Winter, I enjoy a nice white russian. During the hot summer months, however, a much lighter 7&7 is in order.

I can only freestyle when drunk.

I usually drink water but only because I don't always have access to Propel or Gaterade, which I prefer over water. All Sport and Powerade are fine too, I can't really taste any difference between them all to be honest.

When I goto the arcade and I don't bring a water bottle I goto a drinking fountain or if there is a food place nearby I get a free cup of water. (with no ice dammit! When they put ice in they fill the whole freakin' thing up with it and you only get like 1/4 cup of water!!!)

I NEVER drink any kind of soda. That's one of the worst things you could possibly drink when you're getting exercise. The motion of your body will also cause you to burp more easily if you drink soda, and it will be harder to hold it in. Especially if you're doing a hard song and need to be constantly breathing.
