ITG At Anime North 2005

Hey

In The Groove PS2 was at Anime North 2005. Sadly, I know little if anything about ITG, except that it seemed to run pretty well (I didn't notice any long loading times, which is what I've been hearing.) Songs were unlocked; but sadly since I don't know anything about ITG, I'm not sure which songs are ITG2 previews.

The afterburner pads were there too. They're freaking amazing. As far as I could tell, they used 3 pads all weekend. (1 was a spare, I guess.)

Was there anyone else from DDRFreak at AN2005? Hopefully there's someone who knows a little bit more about ITG here who can answer questions.

That would be me that was there and ran the tournaments. No, the ITG2 preview songs were not unlocked. I made sure of that

I'm also kinda sad because I saw copies of max and max2 there (which are IMPOSSIBLE to find over here) and then when I came back a little while later to pick one up they had sold out

Hey, can anyone post a summary of the tournament? I'd really like to see how the competition turned out this year.

umm...what do you want to know about the tournaments? I didn't keep who won against who or what songs they did, but I have a vague idea in my head who lost where.

Also, does anyone here happen to know a girl named Ashley who was there with a ddr team? They all had red shirts with parts of stepcharts on it.

hmmm well the major participant and who beat who, that would be cool. Like I heard Khoa got 2nd place, I'm just wondering who's good enough to beat him, and who else came close.

Khoa entered on Sunday right? If that is who I'm thinking of, then it was Mystic Fury who beat him in the final 4 in the winner's bracket. Then Khoa came back to the winner's bracket for the finals and lost to him again.
