Does anyone else play DDR alone and get lonely???

Hey.
This is all DDR play @ home.
I play DDR alone cuz i'm the only one in my family that really cares about it. I usually play only about 15 - 30 min. a day and AT MOST 1 hour... cuz it's no fun playing by yourself (to me, anyways). Does anyone else have this problem?? (Maybe we could start a support group, lol)

Ya, I love to play in the arcades. I can never get out there though... No 1 2 drive me. Plus, I haven't been to Time Out @ Burnsville Center (which is usually where I play arcade) since like December. It's pathetic.

I will be at the Eagan, MN Grand Slam on May 30th if anyone wants to come down, though. PM me if interested or want to talk outside of this thread.

Well, I find solitude whilst playing DDR to be a good thing. I rarely get it because my sister has to stick something in between my legs while I play.

It's a whole new kind of modifier!!! *sparkle*

I hate playing ddr at the arcade when its empty. I love having crowds around me at the arcade and sometimes I help noobs get better and that makes me feel like a big brother.

I play by myself alot because my brother doesnt really enjoy it as much and honestly he was the one who was really getting good, he reached standard way before i could even finish a light song. But then he stopped and now hes mad cause he cant play as good as he did and hes a lefty so he feels it makes it more difficult

It's both ways....

If I need to practice I need the solidute to practice by myself on a few songs... Then It kinda sucks when you are playing and you feel like fs but there's no crowd to impress nobody with!>.<

I do get lonely when playing alone.. Thats why I've been messing around with SMOnline. Otherwise I try to go to the arcade, when I feel like justifying the trip to play at least several rounds.

Interesting...
I guess I just feel bored when I play alone. If I AAA and Full Combo Perfect Max 300, TLoM, and Maxx Unlimited on Heavy when I'm alone, no one would be around to see this and even though I could tell them, honestly, who would believe it? Plus, no one is there to cheer you or tell you "good job" or "u suck" or w/e. my DDR supporters =

ParanoiaBrother3 where is clarkston? I live in mi and play with friends alot. Everyone I play with is on the same level as me pretty much (standard) or below but its all good and one of my friends just bought a metal pad so we are gonna play a ton. I live near kalamazoo by the way if you know where that is.
