what do yo do if you are made fun of for playing ddr?

If I was made fun of I would just ignore them. If they continued, I would just ignore them some more.

ahh...I get made fun of a lot at my aracde.

In one scenario, the arcade manager was watching me play PSMH and some dumbass emo kid jumps on the pad and flails his body everywhere and hits me in the face (On accident, I assume) and out of anger I shoved him off the pad and he cracked his head off a time crisis machine. Needless to say, he got kicked out of the arcade, and I got a free game, because everyone at my arcade knows me.

In another one, a kid jumped on and started acting like an idiot, and I just let it slide. Later on I saw him playing a racing game and I jumped in the other seat and started grabbing his wheel and messing with his shifter and I said "HEY LOOK I CAN BE AN IMMATURE bumhole TOO!"

In YET another one, a kid and a few of his friends gathered around and one jumped on and started making fun of me and I just stopped and looked at him and said "You know, by doing something extremely dumb like that proves to me that your intellegence level is lower than one of an intoxicated three year old kid who has downs" and he just looked at me with a blank look, his friends laughed at him, and he walked away with his head down.

There are a lot more, but those are the funniest three.

I usually just give them a smart assed comment and they walk away and shut the fuck up or else they just get thrown out. If they hit me on the other hand, thats a different story because I'm a violent person.

I'd just beat the hell out of them. I would attempt to initiate physical confrontation, and if they bit, I'd have some fun.

Win or lose, at least I stood up for myself.

Heh never happened to me they can make fun of me all they want but who is getting the attention from the people being amazed on how the heck you can do a hardcore footer song like that the DDR players who is getting the soon to be audience/fans so in the long run.. The people dissing you are the idiots and losers while the DDR players are getting complients from the people. And maybe that number from that special fan/s who liked your routine that much..

Dude...I just ignore them. It's like...you got stuff you like 2 do and I got stuff I like 2 do. Leave me alone and respect my interests and I'll do the same for u.

And seriously, the people who make fun of others for playin' DDR are the ones that can't do it themselves.

then i usually just picture a computer chip just sitting in the center of the mat and doing nothing.....
