Uh, this isn't that big, but I started my 6-year-old brother on DDR 2 days ago. He's through beginner (the old-style badass beginner, from the first home version DDR), and is on light.
Oh, and uh, I'm 12, and I have four 10-footers.

my ten year old sister plays on standard, and I know a nine year old that plays on heavy, but he cant pass most 9s

Yeah, there's a kid around nine years old that sometimes hangs out in the arcade because his family owns the place that contains the arcade. He's pretty darned good-- I think he's pretty much able to A most songs on heavy. Even Across the Nightmare, which I still can't do.

my 11 year old brother plays on light and some standards.

I saw Gilbert play insanely and I think he's 12.

I saw some kid that was probably about 7 the other day on light. He could barely reach the arrows on jumps tho. Other than that the kid was pretty good.
